Shipping & Returns Policy

Environmental Policy

My prints are fulfilled by The Print Space in London, who work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner. ALL prints (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral via The Gold Standard.


All papers and wood-based materials are sustainably sourced and are Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC®) certified. Furthermore, all packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.


I provide free global shipping for all prints to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact me and I will try to find a solution.


Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days (of your order being placed).
Average, estimated arrival dates are as follows:

  • 1-2 weeks to the UK or Europe

  • 2-3 weeks to North America

  • Other destinations may vary (please allow up to four weeks).

You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.


All prints are dispatched using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.

Returns & Damaged Or Missing Prints

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns (because prints are shipped directly from the studio) but I’m positive that you will absolutely love your print! However, if any issues arise, please do email me.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged print, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your print. You must include pictures of the damage to the packaging, print, your name, order number and tracking number. Once confirmed, I will endeavour to replace the print, free of cost.

For the case of limited-edition prints, if the edition is unable to be replaced, I will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).


If ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery. I cannot be held responsible for any fees incurred during customs checks; these are the responsibility of the buyer. Nor, can I be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by hold-ups in customs.
